For all of you creative types (ie. all of you?), there's some contests in the works you should be aware of: namely the next instalment in the Four Seasons of Mind Control, and a brand new writing contest for those of you whose canvas is words.

First: The Four Seasons of Mind Control (pending)

It's been a bit of a wait since the last contest, which can be attributed largely to the disappearance of some key supporters, and the fact that to-date our only sponsorship for this contest has been dA points.

However, the biggest hurdle towards us running the next contest is simply this: contributors! If we can't be sure that a lot of people will take part, we simply cannot run it. So here's what you can do:

• And what it would take (eg. prizes) for you to put in the effort and produce an entry.

Second: Cordial Knot's Egyptian Themed Mind Control Contest (due May 1st)

A lot of you will have heard about this already, but for those of you unaware, there is a writing contest currently ongoing in the online hypnosis community - and it features full-color Sleepymaid artworks as prizes!

Moreover, not only is sleepy's work better than ever but the prizes will bring to life select scenes from the winning stories - potentially with lots of characters! - so the best works could be looking at some really incredible artwork indeed. Writers often get the short end of the stick when it comes to contests, and this one here is exclusively for writers, so don't miss this opportunity!
